and according to ESPN 3, Hudspeth invited all of Tech's commitments to the game

I'm with you on that, to me that's just setting yourself up for failure. Very well could have been known by Skip and used for motivation. I'll be honest when he was originally hired I liked the move for you guys but after last year didn't think he could rally the troops like he did today. I have no clue how much this one game will give you but you have to be feeling good about Manny Diaz as your DC tonight.

    Default Good luck Cajuns.

Just wanted to say good luck to y'all for the rest of season. I have to admit I thought we would have our hands full in this game, but the Dawgs shocked me. I am a Tech fan first, but I have always cheered for you guys when y'all are not playing us. The Cajuns have an excellent athletic program and have made strides to be great in all sports. I hope we can both get to that top level.

    Again, good luck Cajuns!!

  8. Default Bulldogs continue series dominance

Louisiana's renewal of its most-played rivalry against Louisiana Tech on Saturday did not go as the Ragin' Cajuns had hoped, but history suggested that perhaps they should've seen a tough game coming. The Bulldogs won 48-20, picking up their 47...

  9. Default Blindsided

UL — The Ragin' Cajuns spent much of the week going over the recent history of their series with Louisiana Tech, but the intended goal was never to make history repeat itself. It did. The Bulldogs demolished the Cajuns 48-20 on their home field to ...

  10. Default Three and out

1 WHAT WE LEARNED The Cajuns are a flawed team. This game was supposed to be a warmup for the Cajuns before a pair of challenging nonconference games on the road. Instead, they were blown out at home by a team some had them favored to beat by two touchd...

  11. Default Big deficit cut down on UL's running game

In a 48-20 loss to Louisiana Tech on Saturday night, the Ragin' Cajuns' run game in the opening half compared to second half tell quite a tale.

  12. Default Bulldog's offense throttles Cajuns' defense

Things certainly weren't proceeding well offensively for Louisiana Tech and UL was somewhat ecstatic to have the Bulldogs pinned down on the 1-yard line late in the first quarter.
