Tech trend immediately plummeted with Skippy. Basketball? UL kicked LTURd's ___ in December. Baseball?Softball? Watch any ESPN this spring? It's not even close anymore. ALL about nostalgia for LTURd. More evidence? UL is closer to 14,000 season tickets than LTURd is to 4,000.

(momentary truce) I really don't care about the name deal. It doesn't matter to me. My diploma says "Louisiana Tech University" and underneath that (in smaller print) the location of the school is listed. There is not another Louisiana Tech University. That said, I appreciate the passion and pride I see represented here. I will be coming down with 4-5 friends. Looking forward to it!
