Go to this website,http://www.realcajunrecipes.com/about/ In the upper left you will see the Find A Recipe box. Underneath it will be an entry entitled, Recipe Index. Click on this, and it will bring you to Recipe Index (A-Z). Scroll on down through the recipe headings under C until you get to recipes for couche-couche. There's about four of them, but they are basically the same. If you go through the effort of making the recipe, try the finished product with some Steen's cane syrup. That should satisfy your envie.
