Sony said Friday that it has fixed a PlayStation 4 glitch that was locking some users out of their consoles.

The error was preventing access to all downloaded apps and games: no Netflix, no games, nothing.

While the error has occurred before, and gamers were not exactly sure how it happened, the source of this issue seems to be related to digital purchases.
