You are correct University of Louisiana at Lafayette is our legal name. But that does not mean we have to use ULL in any way. ul is not a legal name. I don't understand why people filled with jealousy act like we invented this. Here is a short list of at's that use 2 letters to identify themselves. @ Reno, @ Berkley, @Madison, @ Knoxville.... All these schools are officially University of _________ at_______. Now go find something better to do with your time because you are wasting it here
The irony in this post is that if you were to go to Monroe and call UL-Monroe by that name rather than ULM, they would get upset even though it is a legal name. If you want to come here and tell everybody what our place is and debate why we wish to be called UL versus what you feel we should be called, don't use the "legal" card as that is not really relevant in the world of collegiate athletics where numerous universities use shortened, preferred Acronyms for their school versus the spelled out "legal" forms.
Here we go again... Stop the madness! Everyone on here wants the same thing, can we move on now.
Just leave this twat alone, guys. Good lord, stop getting all riled up when a troll comes on here trying to drop some "knowledge" on us. These people are morons, just point and laugh at them then move on.
I have to start smoking crack. Football season please get here already. ____ LSUAMBR & ULMost!
