My concern is that some who are planning to support football will not do so if they don't like the decision regarding basketball. They may view inaction as the administration not being committed to improvement. Several folks have mentioned this to me. RCAF may have a rough start if this is the view of many and I am afraid it will be. I don't know enough about the sport of basketball to say how much of a factor coaching was in the disappointing year. I do know enough about business to say maintaining the status quo will cost us more in the long run than making changes.

Judging by the Universities indecision it is obvious they want to get rid of these two clowns, but do not have the financing in place to do so. If they are retained we now know it was not because of any post-season evaluation, but a pure money decision.
I don't know Coach Rogers. However, I don't think Coach Lee is a clown. They guy has poured his heart and soul into the program and is a good man. It is unfortunate things have not worked out the way he and we would like.

Point taken. I'm just a little miffed he has not been let go yet.

Our season ended a week ago but the college basketball season is very much in place. The administration has a lot of things to weigh beyond just the wins and losses of the teams this past year. We as fans need to keep remembering this and have patience. Most coaches who may be searching for jobs in the near future are still in place at their respective universities so why make a drastic move yet without a preliminary list of candidates whom are available? Whether they make the decision now or a month from now does nothing to make me feel the administration is any less adept to making difficult decisions. Everybody feels they should be gone and a new direction should be followed but everybody also wants a solid informed decision to be made. If it takes that long for it then so be it.
