This team hasnt done anything to warrant votes. Hud will use it as a motivation. Much easier to motivate when you feel nobody is giving you your due. Win the first two, take a good shot at Ole Miss, and beat Boise and we will enter the minds of the voters.

Because no matter what happens, someone has to _____ about it. We had our own parking spot in the ESPN bottom 10 4 years ago. Now getting a vote in the top 25 isn't good enough...

How many votes should we have received? We haven't done squat yet. We have turned it around but have a long way to go for respectability on the national level.

None of it matters as of now! Begin the season at least 3 and 1, then finish the season as you should, then the votes will be there, it WILL matter then, as Bowl Games will be being handed out!

As much as I want to agree with you....I don't. We had a good year last year but it could have been much better. There is no doubt we limped home down the stretch which includes a shaky performance in the NOLA bowl. For all the success we've had in the last 3 years, we still have yet to get that defining OOC victory over a power conference school. Hell, we haven't even showed up in just about every one of those games outside of the Florida game a couple of years ago. We take care of business this year and possibly earn a split with Boise or Ole Miss, then the pollsters will notice us. Until then, we can only use it as motivation.
