Space Heaters Melt, Catch Fire
Vornado Air is recalling its electric space heaters, as they can overheat, melt, catch fire, and ignite nearby items.
The company has received 29 reports of the unit overheating and melting in addition to seven reports of it actually catching fire. One incident resulted in property damage and smoke inhalation.
