Why wouldn't a brand new state of the art softball stadium take care of our title IX requirements for at least a little while?

I think it has something to do with men and women track athletes having to share the same locker room atm

---I think one of the plans has to have an athletic training table for all sports where any athlete can come dine at different hours---Title 9 would be partially filled by this---But what a great concept on one floor of the new athletic building/football stadium!!!

Man if it ain't an embezzling thief it's the Angel of Death. Will the financing for the new Tigue ever be secured?

Pledging major bucks to baseball appears to have a voodoo curse. Solution: Need to give donation first then disclose pledge.

Maybe it's some kind of sign from the baseball gods.

The Tigue has certainly been a victim of time warped donations.

And what's wrong with that, sounds fun to me. Should be a major recruiting tool.

And BIG backers did the Softball stadium not UL! APC next week, Track and Soccer Complex in the late Fall 2014. Baseball, will tear down grandstand and yes close the gaps between the 1st and 3rd base stands and the new grandstand adding seating along with the skyboxes that are added! Tree's would have to be cut down in the outfield and stands of some sort built then plant new trees behind each new set of stands.

Another way would be to move the batting cages and the bull pens "somewhere", and build new stands down the line!

I felt the land behind the track on opposite side from the press box should have been purchased(think it still can be, any money burning holes in deep pockets, please pull it out, now) then UL could build a track field house their with weight room, indoor practice areas for jumps, throws, sprints and running laps! Baseball could put their visitor bull pen and batting cages where tracks dressing areas are now! I guess that is NOT going to happen!
