    Did you forget last year?

No, and thats the sad part, this year has been worse except for football. Mens basketball looked to be turning the corner (finished tied for first in the west), Womens basketball had more than 3 wins, the baseball team is right on par with where we were last year at this time except we had 1 more win.

hopefully buying season tickets wont be a decision I soon regret.

Well ... because of football, the past12 years have been mostly forgettable.
This year just appears to be the worst since nearly ALL of the other sports are sucking so bad.

I hear you! I am in for 2 season tickets for football, basketball, baseball, and softball and drive from Jennings. If baseball does not start winning I don't know if it worth my time to drive from Jennings and watch bad baseball. It is a long drive back after a bad loss. I have gotten to love softball, it is a much quicker game, well played, and we usually win. Bad baseball for 3 1/2 hours is tough.

    You sure about that?

Robe has been disappointing me for more than a few years. It's amazing how low the expectations are for many. If he were a coach in a major conference he would be on the hot seat.

If Robichaux were a coach in a major conference:

    1) He would make a lot more money,

    2) He would have a lot more money to offer assistants,

    3) He would have a lot more travel money for recruiting,

    4) He would have had a better stadium when he came here, and wouldn't be spending his precious time fixing it up,

    5) He would have a much larger fund-raising staff, who would get him more resources,

    6) He would have a grounds and facility staff to do a lot of the work he and his kids have to do now.

Robe has turned down many offers from bigger schools.

It's a shame that he is so loyal to us, when so many of the "fans" here are so disloyal to him.

Come on Fun! They are a bunch of beeyotchers!!! They do not want reality. They want more excuses for not feeling good. Robe is in the hotlight. I'm thinking of selling pinatas of Robe to these guys... but I feel extremely sure they couldn't hit it with their blindfolds off.

Bottom line here Fun is that Robe wouldn't have to do any of the things you describe if only Martin Hall had not held back an athletic foundation for so, so long.

It's almost as if we want the pity.
