Irvine, Calif. - Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns women's tennis team ended their California trip on a sour note with a 6-1 loss to #60 University of California-Irvine. The Cajuns' Angela Dangond posted the Cajuns only win. Dangond upset the 104th ranked player in the country in three sets, 6-2, 2-6, 10-7.

The Lady Cajuns Milou Israel lost a tough three set battle in the third position.

UL was not able to win to win any of their doubles matches with the Anteaters.

The Lady Cajuns now return home for five consective matches, starting this Saturday with a match against LSU. The match is scheduled to start at 2 p.m. at Cajun Courts.
