I was at the Tigue tonight, and it was deja vu. Same song and dance as last year. This is inexcusable.

Going to bot 9
Cajuns 7
SLU 9
Come on Cajuns pull this out... You gotta win these mid week games with the STICKS!
STRIKE 3!
1-3-1
Left 2 on in the 9th, 10 total in the game and lose 9-7. 13 hits and 2 errors.
S. MISS WILL BE TOUGH...
Can't be an elite program when you consistently lose to instate teams like SLU. Let's hope they wake up before the season ends.
well I was at the game tonight thru 6 and then had to bring my son home. Im glad he was ready to go. That was pathetic. We didnt compete at the plate for too many innings. From the 5 games I have seen so for I really really really like Les Smith, Bostick, and Fusslier. Its real sad when these young freshman go out and compete as hard as they do and the older guys are the dead weight. Its really started to show last year that we missed on some kids and it showing up again. The class that we brought in to play this year seems to be better
We really don't know what to expect from the Eagles this year. They moved to 5-0 with a 12-0 win over South Alabama tonight. The Jags threw their Sat. starter and he wasn't bad. The Eagles killed the Jag pen.
This weekend the Eagles will start:
Fri. - RHP Todd McInnis (1-0, 0.00)
Sat. - LHP Cody Schlagel (1-0, 0.00)
Sun. - RHP Scott Copeland (1-0, 1.50)
I can promise you that they are not taking the Cajun's lightly, we're expecting 10,000+ fans in attendance for the series.
