Neither team put on a shooting exhibition Sunday night, but credit UL's zone defense for part of that.

In fact, credit the Ragin' Cajuns' zone for a win they desperately needed.

That defense took the air out of New Orleans' offensive attack in the second half, and the Cajuns' ability to take the ball inside proved to be the difference as UL posted a 76-60 win over its state rival in a rare Sunday night contest at the Cajundome.
