    The amazing thing is that after being down by 15 on the road and with 2 people fouling out we still had a chance. Same ol' result though...
    "ya know, Jay, we gave ourselves a chance to win, but we just couldn't hit the shots...."

    We never "hit the shots" because we're rarely in position to "hit the shots". And when we are, this teams psyche is so low that a lay-up is even a challenge.

    On a brighter note, I thought J Barr played some productive minutes tonight.

    Barr played OK last night but not as well as against ASU. He worked hard but it would have been nice of those two shots near the basket he missed in the second half would have gone down. We may have won the game has that occurred. Regarding being in position to make shots, we were in position to make a lot of them, we just did not knock them down. Boomer is right in that the shooting is disappointing. Some of that is due to being limited inside.
