Just to bring this back up. Because this will be the process. For all our issues about the rule changes, communication, etc., what's done is done and the sooner we start making the adjustment, the sooner it's no longer a sore spot.

Wasn't this the speech given by Hitler to the first Jews entering the grounds at Auschwitz? Or was this what I said to my girlfriend when I first "accessed" her "back door"? Either way, it's a very effective speech.

Out of curiosity, I just took a look at the message boards of 3 or 4 other schools of interest around the State, and not a single one of them are discussing any parking problems for their games! They apparently have an abundance of available parking available for their people. UL's situation is certainly much different than the others (in a very good way)!

LSU has always had parking problems. Old arguments that rarely surface. Nothing new there.
Tulane has a new stadium where there is absolutely no parking. Of course, their stadium is smaller. I am surprised that no one has complained.

Have any other Louisiana schools expanded their stadiums or have had increased success?

In reality, the parking issue has everything to do with the increased demand and expected attendance for the first two home games. The other four are the question. Unless we sell out + the remaining home games (and I hope), this parking thing maybe much ado about nothing. And like I said, I hope I am wrong.

The parking thing is pretty much ado about nothing. The changes that are being implemented are not large enough to have long lasting problems attached to them. We will all adapt and move on as always.

I was being sarcastic!!! Other than LSU, no other university has parking problems because nobody else comes close to filling their stadiums!!! They have parking galore, that is a terrible problem to have!
