I wasn't pointing out anyone in particular, but I know several people hand passes across the fence, etc. That is against the rules. We have a problem in society of not feeling the need to follow rules that we don't agree with. Speeding, drinking and driving, etc. People have the right to question, protest, whatever they want to get the rule changed, but until it is changed, the rule needs to be followed.

St Augustine said, "An unjust law in no law at all.' Which means I have a right, even a duty to resist. With violence or civil disobedience. You should pray I choose the latter.

Everybody loves a winner so yes that is key.

Plus people want to be where people are, so UL has that working in its favor.

It's not like they can go watch the Cajuns in person somewhere else

It's time for the games to begin! Once that happens, all of this nonsense will hopefully be put on the back burner.

I'm totally saying it. If we look back at the history of the RCAF their two biggest spikes were last year before the season and this year before the season. It's all well and good to increase our numbers...but this cannot be the only way for them to get money.

I think this is only for RV spots, they said the areas behind the tailgate spot will have a 10 foot easement behind the lasr RV's to access these spots to prevent people from walking through the RV spots.

I think the spike has a lot to do with timing. When I finished UL in May '10, I waited until 2 weeks before the season to donate being I just started working. I have just kept paying at that same time every year since (no real personal need to join at beginning of year being basketball passes are received before end of year).

As a matter of fact, My wife and I renewed and doubled our donation just last week.

I agree with that, but you still are goons give perks for rcaf. If they find find 10 k a level donors...the only people in the fence will be a level donors. In fact we need to change the mindset of rcaf level=parking spot location. It should be just a perk of the donation to the program.

Right now most of the people who donate to the RCAF are doing it for a parking spot. One...single...space. The only way the current RCAF gets 10k in A level donors is to raise the parking requirement for the D lot to A level.

Then do it. I don't care how you get 200 million in donations, if you get 200 million by selling parking spots who cares.thats why we need an rcaf fundraiser. Either way you slice, I hope to see rcaf meet shop to a point where $250 doesn't get you a parking spot. That means membership and donor level will have grown dramatically, don't really care how we get there. Sounds like parking close is pretty important, maybe we should offer tailgate valet service for 5k.
