Hopefully, it should, but I think most of those are not the ones who own the spot. They most likely coat tail others.

When you go back to your spot everyone will be leaving and people and parents expect to look out for moving vehicles. There won't be a 100 kids playing football at 9pm. Everyone has been spoiled with convenience, there are a lot of people who have been doing this new rule for years now. Pretty much anyone not in the grass area. I think noon is a little early to shut it down, I thought 1 o'clock was plenty. It really doesn't start getting thick until then. There is a line of people waiting to take this extremely inconvenient tailgating arrangement off your hands if you don't want it. Sounds like blackhams set up will be convenient, maybe consider moving there and you could have your own car show in your TG spot. There are spots that can't fit a car because they host so many people and have so much gear. They have been getting by just fine for years.
    You're bringing up good points.

For those upset that it is just being announced now rather than April, what would you have needed 4 months to plan for that you couldn't do in 1 day after the announcement?

It makes everyone who comes out here whether for the football game or to only tailgate put into the kitty...or do some walking. The question remains when the rubber meets the road...will they stay home and watch the tiggers on TV...or will they invest in us? It's a win-win. The people who are on the fence will finally be swayed...and the parasites who don't even come into the games will be washed away.

Some of us like to budget out months in advance...it's the accountant in me.

Or more people could stay in the tailgate area to watch their things. We purchased a trailer last year to place everything in during the game.

Understand. The solution: rcaf offers monthly debits or weekly or whatever is best for your income.

Like I said, they could have just charged me an extra 250, oh wait, they did. Well they could have charged me whatever they wanted for the parking, I would have found the money, as would everybody else. This was not done to raise money.

Wasn't the TG area locked down to vehicle traffic at a certain point before? I believe it was. If you think it won't be dangerous for all of those vehicles to be moving into the TG area, at night, you are sorely mistaken.

Yes. It was convenient. Is that a reason to end it? I'm still waiting for a plausible explanation as to why this would be done.

I'll help you. There isn't any, other than the desire to lessen tailgating for certain people.

I get out at 8 or 9 which is not a problem. However, many of our wives or friends who actually had things to do that day may not be able to get out there until 1 or 2. By that time, that would put them parking a couple hundred yards away from the site perhaps and that's tough to try to bring items and kids and such.

I want to say that this rule was put in place in the past but they kind of became lax on it as the season went on and I'm hoping they do the same. This was also when parking in the tailgate spots was still allowed.

Read on RaginCajun Facebook page that they will allow cars back into TG spots after game when they deem it safe. So I take that to mean there will not be a mad rush of vehicles entering TG area as ppl are trying to leave.

Quick fact...$250 spread out over 12 months is $20.83 per month. $250 spread out over 5 months is $50.00. In 2015 I will be making my $250 donation in January...cause I so much more enjoy paying over 12 months compared to 5. Watch them up it to $500 on August 4th, 2015.

Sorry Zephyr. Our concerns do not matter.

We must be taken down a notch or two.
