We aren't hitting the ball, Ole Miss' pitcher has a nasty change. However lacks control. Gave up back to back walks, top of the order up for the cajuns. 2 outs in the bottom of the 2nd. Gaspard grounds out to end the inning.

Guys if we can win all three this weekend this a really big step for us this season. This is an SEC team that went 26-28 last season and took 2 of 3 from La State.

We traditionally start the season with Nichols or McNeese or other instate schools that we should win easily against. This is a middle of the road SEC school the talent level should be better then those schools we normally open the season against.

Also we are doing it without Ashley, this will give us a good idea of where Brittney is in her comeback.

It looked to me last year that every pitch was an illegal pitch during the world series. Still, that seems a tad excessive.
