I think that Jay was the first to mention it on his program on Thursday, at least, that is how I interpreted it.

For those athletes that strive for additional stars by the recruiting services and websites. The athlete that continues to entertain offers and take official visits from other universities after publicly, through news & sports venues, to a coach and program. Even the must have recruit that holds out for "better offers" and plays one coaching staff, university and fan base against the other, rarely says when asked why he signed with this program,

"THE EDUCATIONAL & ACADEMIC VALUE OF THIS UNIVERSITY IS THE MAIN REASON"
