Is this the guy who's only 5'7, 160? If so, seems kind of small to be our starting RB!?!?!

He's a special talent. Dont overlook that, even when his size is involved. Darren Sproles didnt do too bad for himself at KSt or in the NFL.

He is listed at 187, and in any case we do have a couple of studs who project well and will be red shirt freshman. So much for who will start. I think most people thought Wallace would start ahead of Fenroy, and it was never even close.

Any word on John Weber? Stated in the article he will decide today.

Walker sounds like a a good RB, and would fit well with what we already have as RB's. Anyone know if he has had any major injuries during high school?

don't think so. His numbers since sophomore year are too good for there to be a big injury

Well that is 12 pounds heavier than Caleb Rubin was listed last year as a UL senior.

I can tell you this at 5' 7" Caleb Rubin was rock solid.

Caleb Rubin? He was listed as a WR his senior year? And, while he looked good in the red/white game, he contributed very little during the season.

Turbine was simply giving us a picture of Walker's size for comparison purposes for the many of us who are familiar with Caleb's size but not Walker's.

Generally, most recruits tend to shrink once they sign on the dotted line. One exception of note is OT Jaron Odom. He is every as big as adverized before signing.

Did Odom play last year. I saw him on the sidelines (impossible to miss) but wasn't sure if he redshirted.
