Don't you think it would be prudent to release the schedule once it is finalized?

The SBC office has another month to finalize the conference schedule. Once that is done, then and only then should we release the final schedule.

Then show it as a tentative schedule. Show something! How do you get people excited about a program when so little is done to promote it?

It was my understanding that the schedule was announced at the recruiting bash as being finished.

The contracted teams are finalized but the dates and times coudl still change depending on the conference TV arrangements and also the ncaa. There is a final date (don't know exactly when it is) that the ncaa has to approve all schedules. Thats when it will be finalized.

_ Southern will bring anywhere between 10K and 15K if the weather is decent. _

Southern will bring as many people as they can fit in Cajun Field or UL will allow them to enter without breaking any fire codes. The band is coming as of right now, which is apart of the deal that UL signed with Southern.

Southern is a decent team, not better than McNeese. UL should win, but you never know.

Get your popcorn ready! Southern brings 25 thousand fans to Mississippi and Alabama every year and UL is just 1 hour down the road so...........don't be suprised if you see a "sea" of blue and gold at that game.

I expect they will be at 6 PM other than homecoming which will be at 4 PM. I believe the Oct. 24th game will be homecoming.
