I used to defend Lee and wanted him to suceed more than anything but you just can't defent him anymore. It's too obvious that he is not the right man for the job.

Nobody said that you are wrong. The only thing I said was Lee is a better coach than you are giving him credit for. That's it. You have an opinion and so do I. Do you really believe he is the worst coach in America? Be serious!
I don't have to have any credibility to state my opinion. I don't care if you read my post or not. It seems like you are since you are "indirectly" making comments toward me.
I can see that you are new to this site (10 post) maybe you just started posting but have been reading for longer. Regardless, my original post was to mock those people who come on here all the time with their "reliable" sources, starting rumors, and causing a frenzy. And usually those "reliable" sources turn out to be dead wrong. Hence the use of the word reliable about 8 times in the original post. It was an attempt at humor that regulars on this site get.
I understand that everyone on this board has an opinion and usually they differ on a subject such as this. Just to help people understand your opinion, give points/explain why you think Lee is a good enough coach to keep his job and coach in D-1 basketball.
I will state this, I was fully behind Lee when he was hired, I liked the move. But the lack of structure and consistency that this team has displayed falls squarely on the coaches shoulders in my opinion.
Turbine, I think their should be a mandatory grammar test that has to be passed before someone can actually become a member. Reading some of these poster comments is like pulling teeth; my god.
Lee may have done some things the right way, but doing "it" the right way INCLUDES winning! The "it" is winning! Say you order a pizza: The delivery boy goes the speed limit, wears his seat belt, uses his signals, stops at all lights and signs, etc; and the pizza is cold and sloppy when it gets to you; are you going to except "I did it the right way" as an answer? No, because you paid for a service that you expected a fair return on! If the delivery guy does all those things, AND gets you a hot, fresh, and neatly kempt pizza, THEN it's acceptable..
Lee has no idea what he's doing on the floor. If you watched this team on a regular basis, you would understand that.
Ok opinion taken and I'm glad you took time to read my opinion. Thanks for also explaining the reliable source quotes. LOL. I didn't know what yall meant. Yea i read this board every now and then. I'm from Louisiana but like I said before graduated from Mississippi State. I love mid major baskeball and started watching yall a little before UL started playing State in basketball a couple of seasons ago. I was rooting for yall that season yall played Louisville in the first round of the NCAA tourney when I was still in college. I made a bet with some of my friends that yall were going to pull up the upset. I got constantly laughed at before that game but really opened some eyes when yall almost won! Nothing but love here.
Well, you're accurate about one thing...you are unreliable. Evans left UL to go to San Fransisco so we aren't buying out his contract. And it has been reported the lawsuit by Baldwin is paid out through state insurance nto university funds. But, please, do keep on giving us your reliable information.
It seems like you have a comprehension problem. A contract is a contract no matter who breaks it. I never used the term "buyout" I said "pay out" as a result of his settlement! Evan's was paid a portion of his next year's salary as a settlement because it was the language in his contract! Also, yes Baldwin had to sue the Louisiana University System, because it's the organization that runs all the state public schools excluding Southern University. Where do the portions of the state school insurance yearly premium come from? The Universities themselves! So it's all the same thing. So I guess if you get into a wreck and your insurance covers it, you believe none of that money came from your pocket is what you are saying?
I quit man!
I like Robert Lee.
