Regarding the Tennessee game in 2000. We all remember the foul called on Brett Smith when it appeared he made a clean steal. Was that a bad call as we all believe. I had forgotten the tech you got. I don't recall what it was for but I respect you for taking responsibility for it now.

I got a tech for telling Ron Slay to get that (expletive) out of here after Lonnie swatted his shot into the stands. We had already been warned to tone it down, but I was still amped up. Dumb move that cost us and killed the momentum.
Nice passionate yet level headed response... Thanks Reg!

No prob.
Man, you guys are getting me all nostalgic. I forgot what a beast Lonnie Thomas was. Great teams back then.

I was watching some high school tape the other day of Lonnie and I. (sigh) the good ol days

Hey Hey..........A win is a win...whether its by 2 or 20....lol....That was a good game though. I still dont remember where I got my free throw shooting routine from. Might have saw someone do it on tv. Didnt real help much. Still was a career 60% free throw shooter.
Reggie, its good to see you here on this board and I hope you stick around and give your input on whatever topics you choose to, not just this one. I want to ask, in your opinion, do the Cajuns look completely inadequate in their offensive sets or is it just something that we see as fans? I played ball but not on the collegiate level and it just looks to me that there is no type of offensive plan that gets shooters open and creates easy shots unless McCoy penetrates and creates a shot for someone. Kind of curious to get a past player opinion. I know Brad seems to agree but more input is always appreciated.

I enjoy coming to this site and reading your comments from a fan's perspective. I usually never post on sites like this but I had to because this topic is somewhat personal. I have not been to a game yet, only practice, so I have no idea what the cajuns look like outside of playing against each other. Haven't seen the offensive gameplan and dont know what they are really trying to do. I can say this however, I saw them run a play in practice and I liked it so much that my high school team is now currently running it. That being said, I know they do have some sets that work.
