How can you blow a lead like we had, and still have a few times to win the game, and still lose.

    Answer - Poor Coaching.

I am sick of this loser of a head coach. No more excuses. If you don't win at home, you must go.

Cajuns have a 10 point lead with 6:45 remaining at 58-48.

After that, they were outscored 31-13, including 18-10 in overtime.

As I have been saying for years, one of the very worst head coaches in college basketball.

I had this discussion with a friend already. There's absolutely NOTHING to gain by firing a coach midseason if you want change. Especially with as few games as we have left. Best case scenario, an assistant (Lebato?) takes over and sparks the team, who then play over their heads to finish the season. The assistant then gets a shot the next year and everybody comes crashing down to reality just as the ink on his new 3-year contract is drying. Ask West Virginia and Bill Stewart about that. The flip side of that is you fire a coach, the assistant takes over, nothing improves, and everybody loses their jobs anyway. There's no need for the humiliation of a midseason firing. Let the coach finish the season, sort things out after the last game, and do your search to find the next regime to run the basketball program. Whether you love him or hate him, Lee's earned at least that much dignity with the loyalty he's shown to this school over the past decade.

Just got back from the dome and saw my last basket ball game this year.....no excuse for this. If they don't make changes (coach wise) I will hang it up next year too.
