    --Well statistically I would be on the skewed side for the genius quality and others are responsible for the the natural curve of the Bell either skewed in the far opposite direction or more of a middle type!!! Got to say 2 of my favorite grad courses were logic and stats!!!

    Which end is BWK on? I think you are mistaken that all "odd people" are either genius or mentally handicapped.

    Boomer's only relationship to bells is that his has been rung too many times.

    BWK is in a whole separate category by himself.

    I like Boomer because he asks lots of questions here. I like people who are more interested in learning than they are in telling everyone else how much they know.

    And if you can learn to master boomerese, you can see he can comes up with some insightful stuff from time to time.

    There is the tale of the football player who became a savant after too many concussions ended his career. You never know maybe Boomer is the same way.

    I like Boomer. He's genuine and he's interesting. I can't say I separate my "liking of people" on whether, on balance, they ask more questions or they attempt to provide insight. Boomer's rarely (if ever) hostile, confrontational, condescending, rude, arrogant or foul-mouthed. Even though his "writing style" frustrates me... he's a good good dude to have on RP.
