UL — The University of Louisiana Business College will launch an executive coaching program next month as part of its new Executive Institute.

The new institute will provide continuing education opportunities to the business community and was sparked by interest for programming beyond the college’s degree programs, said Joby John, dean of UL’s B.I. Moody III College of Business Administration.

The first course is a pilot program for the institute and targets executives who report to a chief executive officer and are interested in developing their leadership skills. The 12-week course is structured as a series of group meetings and individual sessions.
