NEW ORLEANS - UL's extended road trip got off to a bad start Thursday night against New Orleans.
After leading by eight points with six minutes left, the Cajuns stumbled down the stretch in a 61-58 loss at Lakefront Arena.
UL led 51-43 on Randell Daigle's jumper with 6:35 to go but saw UNO score 18 of the game's final 25 points in a furious rally. After Daigle's basket, Kyndall Dykes poured in nine of his game-high 20 points to cap the comeback for the Privateers.
