Quickblox, the startup that offers modular communications tools for developers, has unveiled a new offering that allows developers to build their own complete messaging app or feature without hassle. While Quickblox previously offered modules for chat, push notifications and WebRTC-based video calling, Q-municate ties it all together into an open-source package complete with_chat bubbles, friends lists, Facebook invites, file attachments and all the other features users expect in a complete messaging app. The idea here is to commoditize mobile messaging, so that it can be a drag-and-drop feature that developers can add to any app. The Q-municate beta is available...
