I'm not saying LSU is all that great, but if UL plays like that the rest of the year, there's no reason they shouldn't be in the NCAA's.

It's good to see the rebounding improve, but it makes me cringe to see all of those 3's (at least we hit a good percentage). Like what was already said, that offense needs some control.
I used to go to practices (none this year) and Lee did teach some movement of the ball, but I don't recall any guys being taught to move without the ball...The players didn't seem to listen or do what he said...Who knows what the problem is...
Geaux Cajuns, I'm still behind you...
Woo hoo!!!!!!!!! Count another moral victory for the good guys. With the ones we had in football this year, we should be kickin a@@ in the pentathlem.
If we played with the same type of intensity that we did in the second half in every game for the entire game and had a halfway decent offense, we would be top 30 - 35 in the country.
That is fricken funny, but don't prop up the I-Bowl with any extra attendance.
Prowd of my Cajuns! Neutral court or at UL and we win. How about Daigle, dude was on fire!!!!
Wish Barr could have played some meaningful minutes as he could have meant 4pts with his inside shooting ablities!!!
Nice game. I hope that builds some confidence... and suspect it will. Having Daigle back is HUGE. There is no reason these guys can't stir something up in the Belt.
Barr wouldn't have gotten much done inside, except maybe drawing some fouls. It would take about 5 fouls for him to get 4 from the line though.
LSU won the 1st half by 9
UL won the 2nd half by 7
LSU was aided in the 1st half by having a consistent starting 5 all year.
UL was helped in the 2nd half by their bench play which is aided by not having a consistent starting 5.

I guess thats all we can get another moral victory.
I liked the way we played in the second half.
If we could just be consistent.
But as I always said a loss is a loss no matter how you lose or how many points you lose by.
It was nice to see Daigle take control hopefully he can teach some of the others.
For the posters complaining about the refs, no excuses we lost.
Daigle is a stud.
Hopefully the team can take something positive from this game and build on it for the conference run.
Daigle knows the offense. At the beginning of the second when Bureau and Gradnigo got confused about where they were supposed to be. Daigle took control, drove in and got a foul. You can see how fired up he was. That's what we've been missing. For all the naysayers out there, you will see an improve basketball team in 2009. Still a lot of basketball with plenty of ups and downs to go. I remain optimistic.
