Based on the observations of LSU men's basketball coach Trent Johnson, records can certainly be deceiving. At least that's the case when the first-year Tigers coach talks about UL (4-7).

The Cajuns have lost three in a row, including Monday's 89-62 loss at nationally ranked Tennessee, going into today's 1:30 p.m. contest at LSU (10-1).

"(UL) is probably as impressive of a team being 4-7 as you want to see," said Johnson, who previously coached at Stanford. "They are very long, very athletic and have a very talented team. It's just a matter of time before, in my opinion, they start hitting on all cylinders.
