Col. Charles B. DeBellevue has flown high before, just never quite like this.

The UL Alumni Association proudly honored its Outstanding Alumni Award recipient for 2008 with a heroe's welcome during recent festivities. DeBellevue received his award in the company of invited guests, family and friends, past recipients and university dignitaries at a special Alumni Center reception.
