Robert Walker is possible, but will not likely qualify
Jordan James nope... not here, we're set at WR
Jackson I think we'd make room for as an athlete
Kyle White is IMO a done deal for the Cajuns.
Bodenheimer wants to play here bad, but will likely not get an offer because of Nash committing
Rufus Porter was on the list as recently as a week ago

I have no info on any of the other guys....

But I LOVE Amite QB Brandon Mitchell
and Kyle White's team mate Jewel Ratliff would be a partial qualifier I would take a chance on...

If Jordan James doesn't come here, its not because we are set at the position. Its not exactly like we have Calvin Johnson's everywhere in the WR corp. He would be a great asset but I think he will go to a bigger school. I want Kyle White and I'd love to see Robert Walker here. I liked him better than Wiltz but I know that he will not qualify. Maybe he could go to a Juco and come back later.Main thing we need are guys that can come in as athletes and make plays. We need people who can get us the big play and lose a couple of them from last year.

Walker goes to Juco, we will never see the kid. Sun Belt programs can't place athletes in JC's and expect to get them back. We may have a shot to bring him in as a gray-shirt. It's his decision.

Jordan James wanted to wait until January after taking visits to Tulsa and Tulane to give the Coaches his decision. Jordan has had an offer since spring, he has had plenty of time to make his decision. We had two athletes that wanted to come, we took them. Jordan is no Calvin Johnson, he runs a 4.7 forty and that is why he doesn't have offers from any BCS programs. I'm sure he will get an offer, but you can't look for the perfect prom date forever.

Deon Anthony's best shot is a JC or a state school. I've commented on Walker and James in another post. Jackson might get an offer as an athlete, don't know yet. Fitzpatrick is waiting until his official visit to announce his decision. White told us yesteday he is committing, he just has to make the phone call. Godfrey was offered by C.Ark and SLU this past week. Rufus is looking at a visit date in January. Parker,Andrus and Alexander are not on our list right now.

I must say I have been very happy with the recruitingn efforts these past two years. I think this program is headed in the right direction. Slowly but surely...

And don't forget to add that Jordan has been very inconsistent as a receiver. While he has made his share of spectacular catches he had lots of drops of very catchable balls right in his hands.
