If Jindal is declaring new holidays, that means he is at least likely in the state attending to the tasks for which he was elected rather than being off campaigning somewhere in Iowa or new Hampshire. Maybe, while he is here for the weekend, we could get him to declare a "UL gets snubbed in what is likely to be the last I-Bowl and I'm all for it" day to.
