That shot clock violation was legit whether NT had possession at the time or not. The Cajuns never had possession. Are you talking about the timeout with the guy on the floor... that was a travel. This whole game was unsettling. NT may be pretty good, but that had little to do with the Cajuns problems. It nevers seems like they know what they are doing offensively. They just play like 5 guys who just met at the gym in a pick up game.
I agree about Grandigo... why did Lee take him out? He was the only one besides Travis who had any shooter's stroke tonight.
Everybody was _____ing about Bustle this year. Well, what about Lee. There is no coaching, this is street basketball. We have another year of this to endure. This is not about these guys jelling after they have played together a little longer. This is a poorly coached basketball team. We will beat inferior opponents and lose to anyone our equal or better because of superior coaching. How much do we as fans and alumni have to endure year after year?
I don't really care who starts. I tend to agree with BB... if we can't figure out how to run an offense... we might as well run and gun, full court press, and substitute as necessary. It just seemed odd that Grandigo stroked a couple of nice shots, while everyone else was cold, and when the video replay finally ended... there was no Grandigo in the game. Roberson is a very solid player, no doubt.
....and as we have seen this season, both being bowl eligible and getting a letter of understanding get you NADA.
What did it get us? A seat in the bottom 2/5 of FBS schools out there. That would be the non-bowl crowd.
Which, when I think about it, going 15-15 in basketball will probably place us in the bottom 2/5 of basketball teams as well.
huh
Maybe Lee should call his agent? He might be able to work some similar extension plan like Bustle has. I mean, it seems to be the gold standard for coaching at this university. Play 0.500 ball, get an extension.
It's only fair.
And, as we have been told by a judge recently, we better treat all coaches similarly.
