L'Damian Washington Sets official Visit

  L’Damian Washington set up his next official visit with Louisiana’s Ragin’Cajuns. Washington spoke to the Cajun RedZone about his recruitment.

L’Damian Washington has quietly built a resume for a potential college football scholarship at Green Oaks High in Shreveport, La. The 6-4, 185-pound WR had a breakout game against football power Rayville, in which he had 7 catches for 257 yards and three touchdowns. Washington spoke with the Cajun RedZone about his offer with Louisiana this evening.

According to Scout.com he's only a "1" star... but we have pretty strong company recruiting him, which makes me think SCOUT has underrated him.

If LSU, OK State and Arkansas are serioulsly recruiting him and he committed to TEch, there is SOMETHING wrong. === he must REALLY be a 1 star and they are giving him a token or casual look. If he's THAt good, he ain't gonna turn down those 1st three if he's got an ounce of smarts.....really.

I have to really disagree with the last sentence of your post.....it doesn't always work that way. There is sooooo much more that goes into an athletes decision as to what college they attend. Also an athlete may not be rated properly on Scout or Rivals because they do not have information on the athlete. The recruiting process is EXTREMELY confusing for an athlete and their family... it isn't cut and dry. Remember it isn't over until they sign those papers in February with any football player.
