If everything goes according to plan, UL men's basketball coach Robert Lee will have a much different team on the floor in the next few weeks.
Chris Gradnigo, the team's top scorer last season and a preseason third team All-Sun Belt selection, is back after missing the Cajuns' (2-4) first four games with a staph infection in his left elbow. In two games, the sophomore guard is averaging 10.5 points - second on the team - but still must improve his conditioning.
UNLV transfers Emmanuel Adeife (6-10) and Lamar Roberson (6-8) are expected to become eligible after grades for this semester's final exams are posted. That could happen in time for the two forwards to suit up for Saturday's 7:05 p.m. game against Louisiana College (2-4) at the Cajundome.
