What a bunch of crap. In the old NBA they would have fought till the police showed up after that jackass pulling that steal+3 attempt. Elfrid had restraint if you ask me, he had the right loaded up at 0:14 and held it back. Calvin Murphy would have put Crowder in the hospital.

You're right, there is not nearly enough thuggery in the league anymore.

This kind of stuff should be encouraged.

You call that thuggery? Lol what do you call a pitcher throwing a 95mph fastball at a batters head that just showed him up his previous at bat?

It's like being up two TD with one minute left in the game and instead kneeling in the red zone, the dummy would be scrambling. If the LB pops him good you can't be crying for Roughing even if it was. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

As well as Rick Mahorn, Patrick Ewing and Charles Oakley. Those were some bad dude playing grown men ball back then.

Iirc, I thought I saw LeBron tweet critical of Elf. Lebron could never play in that era. He would run out of tears in the first round. Jordan was a tool but you never saw him complain about the "Bad Boys" being too tough. He just went out and beat them. That's why he is the 🐐

LOL. It's probably a good thing he did. Crowder is a man beast and basketball player in a football player's body.

After this happened I was watching NBA tonight and ESPN and most of the commentators and ex players were stating that what Elfrid did was wrong. They acknowledged what Crowder did was petty but they laid more of the blame on Elfrid than anyone else for what that's worse. Lebron was not the only one to mention that.

Creating a dangerous play is always worse than being a jerk. It’s just a mitigating factor.

Throwing at a batter’s head on purpose is even worse. I would call it reason for ejection, suspension and fine.
