Love this quote from Aaron Gordon, his new (and former) teammate:

"Elfrid is on our team? Oh my goodness, that’s absolutely incredible,’’ Gordon said to the Orlando media. "He’s my kind of player because he plays both ends, he can handle the ball and he’s a good decision-maker. He’s very unselfish, he plays with a lot of heart and he has good character. I played on the USA team with him and every time we’ve been in a (pre-draft) workout together we’ve been paired up for 2-on-2 and we get wins.’’

he does get the money slotted for the 10 spot right? or is it the 12 since he was traded? or is there even a difference?

I was told last night that he will get the 10 spot money because that is where he was drafted.

Well of course he gets the money for the slot he was drafted in. Just like he's not considered the 12th pick because he was the 10th pick. He was traded for a lower pick plus an extra pick. Bigger salary=2 smaller salaries

You are right about that and just think next year we could very well likely have another first rounder. Great for these young men and our school.
