And he is a MAN! Does anyone know who has actually "offered" him yet? He sure looks the part and just turned 17.

Please describe the term offered, because I'm still trying to get a grip on that myself. Does pulling someone out of class, or practice to shake his hand, introducing yourself as this coach or that coach from So & So State, A & M, or Tech. & telling him you'll be following close & if he continues taking care of his business, & playing well you'll have a sholarship set aside for him at the end of the season count as an offer? In case that's a recruiting violation, I'm sure that didn't happen & it would only be an urban legend if someone said it did. Especially if they said it happened more than once already.
