Uber has continued its growth in Asia after_it launched in Saigon, Vietnam, its second new city this week following its arrival in Hong Kong. Vietnam is a large market, with a population of around 90 million, but it has been a relative backwater for international tech firms, with Facebook being blocked on and off in recent times.
