
UK and US-based augmented reality company Blippar has snapped up its Dutch rival Layar for an undisclosed all-cash sum, the company confirmed today following rumors of the deal last week. According to Blippar’s_CEO Ambarish Mitra, the acquisition is perfectly complementary and only took three to four months to complete.
