Can't say for sure since I haven't seen them play...but they do have lots of top Euro talent.

Belgium has elite talent on the field. Thibaut Courtois is a top-5 keeper in the world. Kompany is a top 5 center back in the world and Eden Hazard is a dynamic attacking midfielder who can win a game by himself.

Their weakness is that, like Germany, they play 4 center backs across the back line so they aren't as athletic there. They have an above average midfield, I like Axel Witsel a lot, but I'm not sure how much I like the rest.

Romelu Lukaku is their x factor. He was incredible in the EPL this season but he's looked like trash so far in the World Cup. If he's off his game, they're beatable.





There's a chance we can play Algeria though. Root against Belgium today.

This happens all the time in American sports. The pool play is just like a mini season and the top two move on to the "playoffs" Where you HAVE to win to advanced.

Yep...like us losing the last two games of the year in football and still winning the SBC Championship and going to a bowl game.

Backing into the playoffs happens in a lot of sports. I meant nothing by it. Glad we are in that number for Tuesday.
