    Default Bowl Selection Show?

With all the Bowl talks going on I can not find the thread I was looking for. When is the official Bowl Selection Show?

ESPN has a College Football Final showing at 1:30pm. Is that it?

    At 1:30, no.

ESPN has a "Bowl Selection Show" starting at 7 pm, but it's hardly a selection show like the NCAA basketball tournament selection show. By 7 pm, we should all know whether we are going bowling or not. The 3 hour ESPN show at 7 pm is a breakdown of all 34 bowls, but will probably focus on the BcS bowls for about 75% of the show.

If I remember correctly there is no "bowl selection show" like where teams wait to see where they are going, but there is a show which goes over the bowl selections

I think it's a typo due to this little part in the article

Had 12-1 Ball State beaten Buffalo and remained undefeated, it would almost certainly have gone to the Motor City Bowl. Now, the Cardinals will likely head to the GMAC Bowl and a potential matchup against 10-3 Tulsa. The Detroit game will take either Central or Western Michigan; the other will end up in either the Independence, Texas or Hawaii bowls.

That is not accurate, the article was yesterday. As of Saturday,W. Michigan had not recieved any invitation.

Western Michigan has accepted Hawaii Bowl Bid.
    Look at the link.
    Indy and Texas still open.
Waiting to see what Notre Dame is going to do.

Until I see it from the WMU athletic department, I don't believe it.

There is nothing official on the Hawaii Bowl site. We will see if this is correct.

This site is reporting a whole lot of teams that have accepted bids that none of the other sites are reporting yet....if true, the other bowl bids should be going down soon.
