I'm hesitant to trust this site, mainly because they still project the Cajuns to be in the NO bowl (which we know is impossible according to NCAA rules).

That leads me to believe they do not research the lower tier bowls as well as they should.

As for when (if?) we'll hear anything... Sunday is my guess.

Southern Mississippi (C-USA) vs. Louisiana-Lafayette (Sun Belt)

Southern Mississippi used to do better than this. With Troy probably headed to the Papajohns Bowl, Louisiana-Lafayette is one of three Sun Belt teams battling for this berth.

This isn't possible. Thus NBC has not done their research on this one

Broadcast networks that shouldn't be allowed to do college football:

    NBC
    FOX

When was the last time you saw a college football game on those networks?

The BCS games. Thus the reason that ESPN now gets them in the future

Troy (SEC) vs. Rutgers (Big East)

The Papajohns Bowl ditched C-USA for the SEC this year, but it will have to settle for Troy of the Sun Belt since the SEC doesn’t have enough eligible teams. Rutgers has won five in a row and could still end up in the Meineke Bowl by beating slumping Louisville.

A complete dog's breakfast. Why make predictions without any research?

Won't happen, bowls and teams do not like rematches!!!

UL to Texas Bowl or Inde if they get in. Troy or Ark St will get N.O.

Lets let tonights game be completed pull for Rutgers, then pull for Troy on Saturday, and Wait for the Ariz. and Ar St game.

This really would be one hell of a college game.

I think that if louisville loses tonite, arizona state loses to Arizona and arkansas state loses to troy, I think it shakes out by Notre dame staying home (I think their hoping for the Sun Bowl if Louisville wins), I think NC State will opt to go to either Motor City or Papajohns where they can get bring more fans. I think that Western Michigan goes to Hawaii, and I think UL, Troy, and Arkansas State are all in decent shape compared to FAU, NIU, Bowling Green, and San Jose State.

    Go Rutgers
    Go Troy
    Go Arizona State
