_ in the 2 years I have worked for a CPA fim I have only seen one going concern note disclosure we had to use. And they went out of business. It's really hard to comment on this game and not sound like "sour grapes", but it really isn't that good of a football game. At least the WAC might get their first bowl win this year out of the deal (0 - 3 so far).

The New Orleans Bowl and the Detroit Bowl were far better games especially the NO game. They just were no matter what the grapes taste like.

big attraction prior to the game is red beans & rice and Jambalaya tailgating. Hmmmm, aren't those authenic CAJUN menu items? I suppose they'll be serving BEER instead of ICED TEA as well. COPY CATS! _

I thought they were proud of their signature north Louisiana cuisine...meat pies! Guess the S'port Chamber of Commerce didn't think that meat pies would draw the Chicago area market.
