For the full 90 minutes of press briefing, Microsoft talked about all the first party and 3rd party games coming to Xbox platform. The surprising part was that Microsoft didn’t even talk about games on Windows and Windows Phone platforms. Phil Spencer is the head of gaming at Microsoft, which includes games on Xbox, Windows and Windows Phone platforms. He responded to the lack of any information on PC and mobile gaming at E3 to Polygon, “I’m head of gaming at Microsoft,” Spencer said. “When we’re doing gaming strategy, gaming focus inside the company, that’s my job.
