_ Coach Broadhead would be marginally better than Rogers IMO. In college coaching you need a college COACH!. What really sucks is that the administration had MATCHED Cinci's offer for Coach Hall's and then instead of going out and hiring another coach to replace him for the same money they were offering the Hall's they went back to Hall's original salary. Mistake in My opinion. _

This is exactly correct. Hiring either of those two would have been a mistake. We could have had Hall's assistant for the asking, or we could have done as 4life suggests and fork out the bucks to hire an actual college coach

I am dumbfounded that we hired Rogers. He has NEVER been a successful coach at ANY level. With equal or better talent no Rogers coached team has ever beaten any quality team, HS, AAU or college.
