I am very happy for both guys. I won't be surprised to see either one, or both play on the MLB Network someday. They will great ambassadors for the school. I'll be pleasantly surprised if Harry comes back and wish him well too.

I'd be more than happy to watch Carson pitch here next year and Mike behind the dish, for that matter. Maybe after three schools in three years Carson simply wants to stay put in a place he likes for awhile longer, working on a degree. Most understand baseball is very temporary, and are much closer to the end of careers than the start.

They could lose everyone, this man will have season tix until eternity. I ain't missing out on the party the Tigue had this weekend ever again.

One of the new guys coming in is Nolan Brown that played for Blinn College. Nolan had a .411 batting avg with a .478 OBP and a .634 SLG%.

Next years team could be very fun.

What this guy said. If you thought 2014 baseball season was fun, just wait until 2015. Robe and his staff knew what losses they would take after the 2014 season ended and began preparing for it very early. Something around 15 guys signed NLIs in the fall of 2013, before we went on this amazing run. Renew your tickets when it's time. If you don't have tickets, get them when they become available!

True but what I'm hearing is that he will not sign. Not 100% of course, but good preliminary news from a good source

Any news on Matt Plitt? Has he signed yet?

He'll sign at some point since he has no other options.

I've also heard Carson will be back, and judging by his demeanor after the game, I believe he will.

Strentz coming back would be our biggest retention I think. The guy can flat out handle a staff. Not to mention, an experienced warrior behind the plate to steer the team in rough waters is essential.

I'd be shocked if Harry is back, but a guy can dream..
