Good deal, buy my two box seats and sit in bleachers. Does anyone think that it will not be approved? And if it is why don't they put out the plans. And if the so call planning and hiring is completed that cost money. So if they say you can't build that's money down the drain......
Definitely! No way will the stadium be completed by February 2010 which is the start of the softball season! Unfortunately, I win!
You forget, today, it is exactly 169 days from the first game. That includes work days and Saturdays and Sundays. I am confident in my wager. I win!
Unless weather prevents the constuction crews from working, the entire project should be completed before the end of the upcoming season. It will deffinately be completed by the 2011 season. Is that a better timeline for your? I think they will be completed no later than mid season.
These are new days for the CAJUNS! We are finally able to make plans and implement them, improving our facilities!
There is a very good chance the grandstands will not be completed for the first pitch of the season. Would you rather they wait until the end of the upcoming season to begin work to have the necessary amount of time to complete the project, or, would you rather they begin the work as soon as they gain approval (August 26th I believe) in order to have it completed during the upcoming season?
I think they chose the wisest route and even though the grandstands may not be completed until the first month of the season, the wait will be worth it.
It is time to turn our energy into positive energy and embrace the changes that are coming!
Go Cajuns!
Wow, so softball will get their long overdue renovations and yet some people still aren't happy. Geez, tough crowd to please...

Is it too early to see the plans?
What exactly are the renovations that will take place at the track and softball stadiums?
