You're right. They just had too many arms and our pen has been...well....a sore subject. They were the better team over the weekend, but everyone is going to feel kind we let the series slip away after playing so well on Saturday. This is one if those moments that will never not be bitter.

Great season, especially coming back from loser's bracket in regionals. Cajuns athletic program got a lot of notoriety the past 3 weeks. It's too bad everything went wrong the past two nights. Losing super regional as a host is tough, but ole miss should have been a national seed as well. It was the worst possible matchup for a national seed, to play the one team that should have also been a national seed.

Its also too bad that next year will likely be a rebuilding year of sorts.
